Dr. Wani specialization includes the treatment of various cancers such as oral cancer, tongue cancer, lip cancer, throat cancer, skin cancer, parotid tumors, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, and laryngeal cancer.

He has expertise in laser surgeries for early oral cavity cancers and premalignant conditions like leukoplakia, submucous fibrosis, and glottic cancers. His primary focus is on achieving functional outcomes post-cancer treatment. While curing cancer remains the main goal, Dr. Wani believes that maintaining a patient’s ability to speak, eat normally, and retain a good appearance is equally important for head and neck cancer patients.
