Chronic Toxicity Management: Cancer therapies can induce a spectrum of chronic toxicities. Survivorship care encompasses the identification and management of treatment-related sequelae, such as chemotherapy-induced cardiotoxicity, cognitive impairments (often referred to as “chemobrain”), endocrine dysfunction (particularly hypothyroidism or ovarian failure), and persistent neuropathy.
