Dr. Shishir Shah
He is a Surgical Oncologist with an experience of 15 Years in cancer surgery. He is a pioneer Robotic surgeon of the city and takes care of the Department of Gastrointestinal, Hepatobiliary, Thoracic oncology and Peritoneal surface malignancy.
He completed his MBBS from Medical College, Baroda. Thereafter he completed his MS (General Surgery) and M.Ch (Surgical Oncology) from B.J Medical College, Ahmedabad. Pursuing his interest further, he has done Fellowship in GI, Thoracic and HPB surgery from National Cancer Center, Tokyo. He also has Fellowship in Peritoneal surface malignancy to his credit from Lyon, France under the aegis of Dr. Olivier Glehen.
He has many publications to his credit and he is an active member of many national associations like Association of surgeons of India (ASI), Indian Association of Surgical Oncology (IASO) and Indian Medical Association (IMA). He is also a Faculty in National Board of Examination (NBE) in DrNB Surgical Oncology program.
